Om det \u00e4r n\u00e5got som jag har l\u00e4rt mig
\nsen jag flyttade till Sverige, d\u00e5 \u00e4r det att
\nsvenskar tar tv\u00e5 saker riktigt seri\u00f6st:
\nkantareller och semlor. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I \u00e5r blir semmeldagen den 1. Mars och
\nkonditorier har redan b\u00f6rjat fylla sina
\nf\u00f6nster med den gr\u00e4ddiga bakelsen. F\u00f6r
\ner som har helt missat semlor tills nu, de
\n\u00e4r vetebullar med kardemumma som \u00e4r
\nfyllda med mandelmassa och vispad
\ngr\u00e4dde som \u00e4ts innan p\u00e5skfastan.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Men var ska man b\u00f6rja? Efter noggrann
\nunders\u00f6kning har jag sammanfattat
\nMalm\u00f6s favoritst\u00e4llen f\u00f6r att k\u00f6pa semlor.<\/p>\n

If there is something that I\u2019ve learned after
\nmoving to Sweden then it is that Swedish
\npeople take two things really seriously:
\nchanterelles and semlor. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This year the
\nsemmel day will be on 1. Mars and the
\nbakeries have already started filling their
\nwindows with the creamy pastry. If you
\nhave completely missed out on semlor
\nuntil this point, they are a cardamom-spiced wheat bun that is filled with almond paste and whipped cream that are eaten before the easter fast.<\/p>\n

But where do you start? After thorough
\nresearch, I have compiled a list of Malm\u00f6s
\nfavorite places to buy semlor.<\/p>\n
